The Importance of Regular Exams for Pets

One of the most important things you can do for your pet is provide regular exams and vaccinations against contagious diseases from locally owned Animal Medical Clinic. You should begin vaccinating your puppy or kitten between 6 and 8 weeks of age and continue monthly until around 16 weeks of age. Fecal or stool samples are checked yearly, as well as heartworm testing for dogs in the spring. For regular appointments, we can schedule your pet within a week or two.
